What is the Chic to Chic Private Collection and how can I see it?
The Private Collection is made up of fashion forward, privately labeled jewelry that is not widely available. Many of the carefully selected pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited editions.
How frequently do you add new pieces to the collections?
Our collections are continuously evolving. Chic to Chic founder Beth Miller regularly edits and renews the collections to stay on the cutting edge of fashion and to uphold the company’s high standards for fresh, modern and unique products.
Are you able to update jewelry I already own?
Chic to Chic specializes in updating jewelry already owned by clients. We work closely with both our client and a chosen designer to create something fresh and suited to your taste.
What do I do if I want to change something about a piece of jewelry in Chic to Chic’s collection?
Chic to Chic believes in customizing jewelry to meet each client’s desires. We exchange stones, lengthen or shorten necklace and bracelet chains, and make other changes as requested by our clients.
Are the pieces in your collections in other stores?
The majority of accessories in our collections cannot be found in stores; however, occasionally, you may see a few pieces in a small, high-end boutique. We are careful to select as many unique, cutting edge pieces as we can.
If an item is sold out, can I reorder it?
In many cases, we can work with our designers to acquire a sold-out piece; however, some limited edition pieces cannot be remade.
How do I order volume items for gift bags, corporate incentive programs, and wedding parties?

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your Chic to Chic purchase and wish to return it, we offer merchandise credit toward future purchases. Returns can be made within seven days of purchase. Items returned for credit must be unused and in their original condition. Custom and sourced pieces are not eligible for return. Please note that all sale items are considered Final Sale.
What is your repair policy?
