Pri­vate appoint­ments and trunk shows held in our show­room are the best ways to view our com­plete col­lec­tions. We also bring our col­lec­tions to home trunk shows and busi­ness receptions.

What is the Chic to Chic Pri­vate Col­lec­tion and how can I see it?
The Pri­vate Col­lec­tion is made up of fash­ion for­ward, pri­vately labeled jew­elry that is not widely avail­able. Many of the care­fully selected pieces are one-of-a-kind or lim­ited editions.

How fre­quently do you add new pieces to the col­lec­tions?
Our col­lec­tions are con­tin­u­ously evolv­ing. Chic to Chic founder Beth Miller reg­u­larly edits and renews the col­lec­tions to stay on the cut­ting edge of fash­ion and to uphold the company’s high stan­dards for fresh, mod­ern and unique products.

REDESIGN/CUSTOM WORK
Are you able to update jew­elry I already own?

Chic to Chic spe­cial­izes in updat­ing jew­elry already owned by clients. We work closely with both our client and a cho­sen designer to cre­ate some­thing fresh and suited to your taste.

What do I do if I want to change some­thing about a piece of jew­elry in Chic to Chic’s col­lec­tion?
Chic to Chic believes in cus­tomiz­ing jew­elry to meet each client’s desires. We exchange stones, lengthen or shorten neck­lace and bracelet chains, and make other changes as requested by our clients.

PURCHASING
Are the pieces in your col­lec­tions in other stores?

The major­ity of acces­sories in our col­lec­tions can­not be found in stores; how­ever, occa­sion­ally, you may see a few pieces in a small, high-end bou­tique. We are care­ful to select as many unique, cut­ting edge pieces as we can.

If an item is sold out, can I reorder it?
In many cases, we can work with our design­ers to acquire a sold-out piece; how­ever, some lim­ited edi­tion pieces can­not be remade.

How do I order vol­ume items for gift bags, cor­po­rate incen­tive pro­grams, and wed­ding par­ties?

POLICIES
What is your return pol­icy?

If for any rea­son you are not happy with your Chic to Chic pur­chase and wish to return it, we offer mer­chan­dise credit toward future pur­chases. Returns can be made within seven days of pur­chase. Items returned for credit must be unused and in their orig­i­nal con­di­tion. Cus­tom and sourced pieces are not eli­gi­ble for return. Please note that all sale items are con­sid­ered Final Sale.

What is your repair pol­icy?

What is your pri­vacy pol­icy?
